Ep. 38 - The Great Deodorant Debate: To Use or Not to Use
Debunking Myths and Exploring Alternatives to Commercial Deodorants
I discuss the controversial topic of deodorant use, explaining the potential harmful effects of commercial deodorants due to their aluminum content which is linked to Alzheimer's and other health problems. I propose natural alternatives, such as zinc oxide and essential oils, particularly sandalwood, which not only help with body odor and perspiration but also support the body's microbiome and pheromones. The harmful chemical traces in commercial deodorants are explained and their impact on the body's circulatory and lymphatic systems highlighted. I encourage broadening your understanding of natural deodorants and experimenting with different types, for a healthier, safer deodorant option!
