Ep. 38 - The Great Deodorant Debate: To Use or Not to Use

Debunking Myths and Exploring Alternatives to Commercial Deodorants

I discuss the controversial topic of deodorant use, explaining the potential harmful effects of commercial deodorants due to their aluminum content which is linked to Alzheimer's and other health problems. I propose natural alternatives, such as zinc oxide and essential oils, particularly sandalwood, which not only help with body odor and perspiration but also support the body's microbiome and pheromones. The harmful chemical traces in commercial deodorants are explained and their impact on the body's circulatory and lymphatic systems highlighted. I encourage broadening your understanding of natural deodorants and experimenting with different types, for a healthier, safer deodorant option!

Or if you need deodorant and then what to do about it.

Right off the bat. You must understand. Your armpits are super thin skin, right? We all know this. That's why they're sensitive. You're kind of ticklish.

But they're also extremely porous. So what you put on your armpit matters.

perspiration and killing the [:

It's in a lot of natural deodorants. It can help lower the amount of. Perspiration, but not quite to the level of aluminum.

But at least, you know, you are not killing your brain. And then forgetting where you put your car keys or who you're married to.

are just a cream you put on [:

Then there's some other ones that are. Super easy to use. Very small amounts. And our extremely effective.

In the show notes. You'll see two brands. That. I really, really like.

It doesn't get more natural than these guys.

Huge fan. Love what they're doing.

You don't have to worry about the ingredients that are going in there.

And for most people, they're going to be very effective. Will they always work for you? Maybe not. You might have to try something else. But you tried. Probably. Many different deodorants from all the major manufacturers throughout all your life. Why can't you try that with the natural companies that actually do care about you? And you support small families, small businesses.

t works best for you. In the [:

Erik 1: So if your armpits.

Our so porous.

And what you put on matters. Where do those ingredients from that deodorant? Go once you put them on the skin, then what happens? Well, they get into not only the circulation, but they also get into the lymphatic system. And then of course, because of blood flow and lymphatic flow. Those are going. All throughout your body, hitting all your tissues. So it doesn't seem like much.

You would think deodorant it's a little bit innocuous. No, it's actually. A very potent.

Substance.

You might even say, if you're not feeling well and you wanted to get something like zinc in your body or. An essential oil or something that increases your immune system. You could actually rub it on your armpit and get it into your body faster. Yes, you could do that. Thin skin. Always transports things quicker.

You've heard. [:

You lift your arm. Yeah, you might smell plastics or some weird food you ate or infections in your body. Yes. Infections. Stink.

If you've ever smelled a wound that you had that was infected, it smells. Will those toxins. That those bacteria and pathogens are. excreting. We'll come through. Your armpits, just like it will come through any area.

Of your skin.

So, what can you do? Well, you could do natural deodorants. I'm not going to talk about. perspirents

.

em with perspiration, then I [:

anti-perspirent. Um, talking about more like you don't have that issue. Or you just decide, I don't care how much I sweat. I'm not putting that garbage on my body. Cause I want to remember. My name.

Natural deodorants are awesome for the most part.

Some of the ingredients that they use are. Root powders and coconut oil. They definitely use zinc oxide. Like I mentioned, Um, You have things like calendula there's waxes. There's all kinds of oils. Different types of vitamins. There's clays there's minerals that they use. There's a lot of things in nature that will kill odor. Keep the microbiome of your armpit in order. And then also kind of help you with perspiration to some degree.

Not as good as the commercial brands, but.

n't need to use one of those [:

So, if you want to buy something, that's in a stick format or a cream. Those are fantastic. I personally use both. I have two different deodorants that I use. Unless it's really, really hot out. And I know I might get a little funky. Otherwise I use these two they're linked. In the shownotes. .

t thing's gonna last you for [:

If you know what I'm talking about, that would be the pheromones. And your EMF field listen to a hundred episodes. I've done basically on EMF. So this is one more way to be attractive to other people. And you never thought that it came from your armpits. Or sandalwood oil. Who would've thought. It's something simple, like a drop of oil on your armpit. Can do so much. Yet. So effective. Cheap.

Smells amazing. You're better. And of course. You can remember where you live.

Maybe you use. Combinations like I do.

I'll use a [:

Better to have diversity.

And then I know that I don't have to worry about. Really bizarre chemicals. God knows what they put in those things. Going into my bloodstream or my lymphatic system and making their way to my brain, my eyes. My heart, my liver, or any other area. I hope that was somewhat enlightening for you. And.

You'll probably smell better too.

If you think anyone else, you know, can benefit from this content? Please. Send this over to them. The next episode is going to be awesome.
